PRESSURE MODULE

An important basic unit to provide a low friction side pressure on the workpiece passing through (or top) the machine. The unit will accept the Aigner wheels, slide shoe and pressure shoe working horizontally or vertically. Usual applications are on the vertical spindle miller, narrow band saw and surface planer. In combination with the Aigner single, double, or quad wheel, pressure shoe, slide shoe or pressure shield, the pressure module provides precise guidance of workpieces and safe operating. The pressure module is spring loaded, the adjustment to the workpiece responsive and secure. Adjustment range between 5mm and 630mm with Allen key. Max height 160mm
